I know I know.....it's been a while! I could pretend like it was possible for me to actually go back over the past year and catch up, but with over 100 shoots to update.............that would take a LONG.TIME!!! So...instead my hmm "new years" resolution ;) is to actually keep up with my blog this time! Post updates, and keep fans in the loop, not just on Facebook! I've been so amazed with the gorgeous newborns, kids and families I've had the privilege to photograph this summer, and I'm so excited to start Holiday Portrait Season at HeatherLynn Photography next month! October is already almost completely booked, and November isn't far behind, so be sure to book in advance to guarantee a spot. Lemonade Stand Minis

I am more then thrilled with the absolutely adorable setup I've put together for these sessions! I've got 20+ kids signed up for this once a year event and I can't wait to see how cute everyone looks! I had to do a little sneak peek shoot of my kids posing in the setup of course and LOVE the way it turned out! Can't wait for September 10th! It's gonna be a blast!

FINALLY!!! Some sun!

So it's been hit and miss lately around this area for a day with nice weather...actually around everywhere lately from what I hear! Over the last week I've only had 3 days that we were able to move outside for pictures! But we took full advantage of it :) This evening I photographed little miss Kayana! I've been doing her pictures since she was just a little baby and although she's a tough one to make crack a smile, it's always a pleasure!

On another nice sunny day, I spent some time with Candace and her cute little family! They are expecting their first baby boy! He has two adorable big sisters who are ready and waiting for him to make his appearance! I'm pretty sure his mommy will be ready anytime he is too haha!

And a couple senior boys....who waited until the bitter end but made it right on time for pictures :)
